Meg Ramey, Ph.D.

Dr. Ramey is the Founder and Executive Director of WorldKind. After receiving her Ph.D. in Literature & New Testament from the University of St. Andrews (Scotland) and an M.Div. with a concentration in educational psychology from George W. Truett Theological Seminary, Baylor University, she served as a tenured Associate Professor of Biblical Studies at Messiah University in Pennsylvania for 8 years before founding WorldKind. She occasionally travels with WorldKind groups and serves as a guest scholar on our programs across the Mediterranean, Middle East, and Europe. Dr. Ramey also frequently lectures and preaches in local churches around her home in Harrisburg, PA. She has published articles and chapters on both biblical studies and popular culture topics, was the editor-in-chief for the Oxford University Press "Bible in Fiction" project published on Oxford Biblical Studies Online, and occasionally writes articles for the Biblical Archaeological Review, such as this recent one on "Hiking in Paul's Footsteps" in Turkey. Preston Clegg, D.Min.

Described by others as “wise beyond his years,” and recognized as a justice-oriented leader, Pastor Clegg uses his knowledge and experience to teach the ways of Jesus and lead the congregation toward a greater vision. He is a gifted preacher and avid reader who has a way with words. Raised on a farm in the Arkansas delta, Preston loves to embrace his roots–especially when it comes to the Razorbacks! An avid sports fan and family man, An Enneagram 9, Preston loves spending his free time with his two boys, playing sports, and cheering on his sons’ sports teams. 

Pastor Clegg received his BA in Christian Ministry from Williams Baptist College (Walnut Ridge, AR) in 2003. Later, he attended George W. Truett Theological Seminary – Baylor University (Waco, TX) to earn his Masters of Divinity degree in 2006 and  Doctorate of Ministry in 2013. A testament of his dedication, character, and talent, Pastor Clegg is the recipient of the McCall Racial Justice Trailblazer Award (2021) and George W. Truett Theological Seminary Preaching Award (2006).
