A lover of travel, people, and the Arts, Shamaine is a champion for the rights of women and migrants in the United States and abroad. Communications, NGO management and administration, Policy and Culture Creation are tools Daniels deploys strategically to address the needs of these communities. 

She graduated with a B.A. in Political Science: International Relations and Sociology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. in Women’s Studies from the University of Cincinnati and a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Originally from Venezuela, Shamaine has put down roots in central Pennsylvania but is always ready and willing to spread her wings to travel to new places and learn about other cultures.
