The Relationship Wizard

Jen Kilps received her Doctorate in Theology from the Centre for the Study of Religion and Politics from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. Since then, Jen has spent her career organizing churches and coordinating volunteers for religious NGOs (non-governmental organizations). In Minnesota, she worked for the Lutheran Volunteer Corps, the Refugee Services Program of the Minnesota Council of Churches, and now Bethel Lutheran Church.

Jen is also a certified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).  As such, she can help your organization with assessing intercultural development among your members. Many organizations (universities, in particular) use the IDI to measure growth in intercultural competencies by administering the inventory both before and after their educational travel programs.

Jen has lived practically everywhere including Scotland, Hong Kong, Manhattan, Florida, Chicago, Connecticut, California, and St. Louis. She loves to travel, snorkle, watch movies, and cook for friends AND she loves her nieces (who are perfect).
